Two Lincoln, Suite 240 Conference Center
Lincoln Centre offers a modern Conference Center for the exclusive use of tenants.
The LC2 Conference Center accommodates 60 occupants. It includes a pre-function area and free WIFI access. The kitchen is equipped with an island, ideal for buffet style catering, a refrigerator, sink and ice maker. The Conference Center also offers state of the art A/V technology, handheld and lapel body pack microphones.
Seating Capacity: (Maximum 52 chairs and 26 tables)
Rental Fees:
Free for Tenant Use. There is an Automatic Set Up/ Cleaning Fee of $75 per day of use.
Billing:
Conference Center rental fees are applied and billed to tenants as additional rent under tenant's Lease. The expense appears on the statement issued the month after rental of the space. Payments via credit card, check and cash are not accepted.
