Building standard Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service is provided from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday by tenant request. The HVAC system is turned off on Sundays and the following National Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. HVAC services requested before or after these standard hours are available for a fee of $50.00 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum for after-hours service.
Outside of Saturday HVAC service from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., companies that require after hours HVAC service on a regular basis are encouraged to provide the Management Office with a standing request for after-hours HVAC. Please clearly note on the form that your request is a standing request. This will eliminate the need to submit daily or weekly requests for after-hours service. Building Management may deny after hours service due to scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
Requests via E-mail, fax, or hand delivery:
Requests for after-hours HVAC service can be delivered to the Management Office via E-mail, fax, or hand delivery, no later than 4:00 p.m. prior to the time/date service is needed. Use the "After Hours HVAC Form" located in the Forms section of this handbook for your request. All requests received through the Management Office after the 4:00 p.m. deadline or on the weekends, for same-weekend service, will be subject to an $80.00 administration fee.

At any time and from almost anywhere, you can access the Genea Energy website to schedule your after-hours HVAC requests. Genea Energy's web-based system provides a convenient and easy-to-use process for ordering after hour HVAC services at any time via Smart Phone (free app is available here), Computer, Tablet, Telephone, or simply click the link below to complete and submit the request online through the Genea Energy System. No additional administration fee will be charged for after-hours HVAC service scheduled online through Genea Energy at any time.
